Culms look like a o'possums tail. Leaves shiver like a newborn mouse, o'aight.
Locals say it came in a meteor shower in ancient times. I guess the outer life would send stuff on the meteorites. Kinda like postal service, just faster.

The last time I heard it was Fargesia dracocephala 'Rufa' but that was last year, so who knows what it is by now.
