Phyllostachys kwangsiensis and prominens

Post by trepanier »

Hello everyone!
So I'm finding it very hard to find Phyllostachys kwangsiensis seeds or plant as well as Phyllostachys prominens for sale. Is there anyone on here willing to lend a hand and help me find them :) I'm will to trade or buy, I understand that P. kwangsiensis went to seed so I would love a seedling!

P. kwangsiensis flowered in 2011 or 2012 so you're too late for seed. The seedlings are quite big by now but not hardy enough for here so I gave them away. If we knew where you livedf someone might be able to get you a rhizome but there's no location in your profile.

I understand that in Germany P. kwangsiensis has started flowering again! Seed may again be available!
