Like most of you I love bamboo shoots, and try to get side-by-side photos when I can.
From bottom to top it's Ph. nigra, Ph. aureosulcata 'Aureocaulis', Ph. propinqua 'Beijing', and Ph. bissetii.

Nice mix. Your Beijing really has some blush this year, I don't recall mine ever having that, I think of them as nearly black at first.
Temperate shooting mostly done here sadly, now waiting for the few Bambusa I have. The late Phy's are emerging but a few not quite showing the new sizes yet.
