Can you take a photo where we can see the lowest internodes of its culms. It could be Ph. aurea 'Koi' If they are congested and distorted, it's aurea, if not, it could be something else. If it's aurea, then some cultivars started flowering and others could follow..
No flowering whatsoever around here.

Do you have photos of one with more and thicker culms. Is this one flowering? That small?

I know Castillonis is flowering and is that color combo.
