I think you'd be hard-pressed to find video of bamboo seed growing since it isn't a real fast process. There is video tho of shoot growth. One place is BBC's Wild China. http://www.bambooweb.info/bb/viewtopic.php?p=15441

Yep, that's just what my bamboo sounds like shooting in the spring. Even the sheaths make thunderous sounds falling to the ground. :drunken:
