And once again B. multi. 'Tiny Fern' and B. dissimulator 'Albinodia' have the exact same sources.

This makes 3 years in a row now. Are these sources really correct?

Bill,

Now is the time, as I'm sure you are aware of, to start gathering information for the 2010 SSL. We have recently experienced usually cold weather in Florida and some of the bamboos were not nearly as cold hardy as what we have listed in the SSL, but some exceeded temp expectations. A lot of people have posted, at various locations, on some of their heartbreaks on bamboos that didn't take the cold temps as expected.

My question is: Is the some way you can create a specific file, under the Source List category, where people can add suggestions for changing information pertaining to bamboos in the Source List. Something like a "stickie", but where people can add to it. I've got several bamboos I think we need to re-think the cold tolerance listing. Because now is the time to be putting this info down in black and white because we hope it's another decade before we get temps in Florida to test any bamboos cold tolerance. Any ideas?

I checked the lists here and they are different so I will check the files on my other computer tomorrow.

Thanks for the catch.

Well now that it is too late I found a couple more problems... in the "Former Name/Current Name" area Bambusa odashimae/edulis is backwards.

Also, many places that have a source code of M3 has it as M3 M3 M3. An example is Bambusa Beecheyana. I guess just do a string search for 'M3 M3 M3' to get the full list.

Sorry I didn't look closer before this went to the printers. :(
