Advice needed for bamboo in zone 8b

Have someone looking to plant a 40 foot hedge and i'm not sure what to recommend as it is a colder zone than I am use to.

It is zone 8b (SW Georgia) gets teens in the winter once in a while low teens. Red clay soil. Clumper and 12 foot min height and width does not matter.

Suggestions?
