Looks dodgy to me.
The pic they show of 'Great Wall' is almost certainly a F. robusta. A reputable bamboo nursery knowing the naming issues in the bamboo world wouldn't resort to such sales trickery.

I agree with john,
you're generally better off buying from a reputable source and I couldn't quickly find out if that ebay seller also has a well respected nursery.
On his website/bamboo-lexicon (german) Fred Vaupel has quite a few bamboo descriptions to fargesia (http://www.bambus-lexikon.de/fargesia.html).
There are also some discussions over new faresia names on the forum of the german bamboo society (also german, you could use google translate) at http://forum.bambus-deutschland.de/inde ... /?pageNo=1
"fargesia murielae simbo" should be simba.
Because of the relatively recent flowering of murielae and nitida you'll generally find a lot of different cultivars in circulation.
While some will have really distinct characteristics others will be really similar and, in my opinion, don't add that much to a collection apart from having different names.
Either way, happy bamboo hunting

Nicholas - My memory on this clone is rusty but was 'Simba' not an old generation F. murielae? This would mean it has most certainy flowered some time ago and is now extinct. If so a very good reason to avoid this obvious scam. 'Simba' must be a new gen as Kimmei has discontinued it due to disease or insect issues.
I was at a local garden centre last spring, they had four Fargesia spp. - murielae, nitida, Juizhaigou and dracocephala 'Rufa', they were all 'Rufa'!
BTW The last of the hardy Fargesias to flower were both nitidas, 'Anceps' & 'McClure' in 2013. Pic of ex nitida McClure seedlings in 2013 with humidity dome briefly removed, I obviously waited a long time to transplant them - no problem though.
Take heed.

Jos had several on his site at Kimmei.com and I seem to recall that he now has ranked a couple of them he used to sell as sort of not worth it. I'd check his site out anyway.

The absolutely spectacular German EBS Journal just arrived this morning with some great photos of new nitidas, murielaes and hybrids between them. The first featured looks like a great replacement for 'Simba' - it's F. murielae 'Shadow Light' - max. h 1.5m.
