Can anyone help in identifying this bamboo?
Non-tropical area. It's found itself on both sides of the fence but I still think it may be clumping, just don't know which type.
Please see attached photos. I have 2 more photos if it will allow me to add in a following post.
Cheers

Re: Need help with identification
Greetings, definitely not a clumping form, that is Phyllostachys aurea, an aggressive runner in the right climate.

Re: Need help with identification
It was clumping for me. For a year or two! Now it runs insanely. I thought it suffers in direct sun exposure the first few summers, I thought it's not cold hardy, the first few winters... Now it's dark green and healthy during the summer heat and throughout the winter, despite being completely frozen. It has now established root system and I might have serious problems with it quite soon.
Nice, aggressive bamboo. I like other, more colorful bamboos over Phyllostachys aurea though. It grows branches too low for my linking. Ideal for a dense privacy screen.

Re: Need help with identification
Thanks for the prompt responses. It was lucky that I posted it here because I was about to transplant a heap into a narrow section of my yard. I couldn't see a prominent groove in the culm so I was hoping it was a genus Bambusa like a Gracilis.
It turns out that golden bamboo is classified as weed here in Australia.
"Golden bamboo (Phyllostachys aurea) is regarded as an environmental weed in Queensland, New South Wales and the ACT."
Wikipedia currently has Phyllostachys aurea incorrectly listed as a clumping bamboo.
Thanks for your help, much appreciated. Here are a couple more pictures in case anyone is interested.
