Help Identifying this small, unusual variety
Can anyone identify this - I can't even be sure it's bamboo. It is very unusual:

Winter low to -18C (0F)
Summer high to 32C (90F)

Greetings, you have Shibataea kumusaca, possibly S chinensis but most likely the S kumusaca. A nice bamboo that I quite enjoy!

Thanks! That one really had me stumped. It seems to be quite hardy but it is a slow grower for me. Very unusual leaf shape, leaf spacing, and open growth habitat.
