Who wants to be a remote viewer?

Post by Jeff: Igor's Apprentice »

Okay.... here's a once in a lifetime random opportunity to test your psychic ability.

I have pretty much randomly chosen an image from the web by doing a google image search on the first random-feeling word to come to mind.

This picture is not boo related and I'm not trying to make any kind of statement throughout. Hmmmm.... how can I further define "random". LOL. Remember: This IS the offtopic forum!

So, who has impressions? Don't be shy.... Even the self-proclaimed psychics don't claim to be right all the time.....

If you fail miserably, you might also get a second chance.....

SO- Any impressions at all- color? style? environment? shapes? anything?

Or, even better- draw what you see, scan and post....

I'm sorry.

While imaginative, your impressions bear little resemblence to the target image.

Please try again.

I was hoping the first thing I typed into google images would be the same that you did. Therefore, maybe you have forgotten what image that you had seen, since I have seen the image that your eyes have brought to your brain and back to my brain for image processing.

Like Kyuzo (pictured above) in "The Seven Samurai," I've "...Killed (more than) two..." bamboos.

I keep seeing a stand of 'boo with flowers growing out of it.
But then, I keep channeling Serenity's photo of lucky bamboo with orchids. :D

Hey, Hoe_ did that "Kinky" show any signs of life? Should I send a new one?

Well, at least we both chose cartoons.

I have a new image, which I will reveal at about 9:30 tonight.

Good Luck.

Cady, I just gave it another inspection and I'm thrilled to say that I think I have reason enough for hope. BTW, I did intend to send postage regardless, but I've been shamefully lax. It wouldn't be your fault if it didn't survive. Thankfully, I have the whole day off tomorrow so I will get it out then. Thanks for asking and thanks so much for the boo. Keep working on your remote viewing, though!

I like the castor aralia. Any cheap source around for seedlings of that species.

Hoe,
I told you to forget about postage, pal, and I meant it. I just want to know if the 'boo "takes." If not, I'll send a new one and you can reimburse postage on that. 'k? :)

Indeed you did. I just have selective hearing. That's all.

I'll keep you posted about the patient's condition, but I'm expecting good things.

You people really need to work on your remote viewing.

Here's a website that will allow you to experiment with more anonymity:

http://www.gotpsi.org/bi/gotpsi.htm

If you look at the remote viewing test you will also see some ideas about categorizing your impressions into shapes, elements ,etc.....

I stumbled across this last night and it probably would have been uneventful surfing if not for one dead on hit with the remote viewing and a couple of eerie similarities on other runs. It was very unexpected. I am a skeptically minded person and am always trying to write off the paranormal. Then something like this comes along and I'm forced to think about it again.

For anyone with the courage to play live, I have a third image which I will reveal tomorrow morning.

Wow! You guys are great. You predicted nothing and I have no image to reveal. I'm impressed.

Apparantly there is no correlation between boo-love and an interest in parapsychology. Maybe I should seek out those who enjoy levitating. Levitating stalks of boo in vases of water, that is.
