Anyone have Sasa veitchii for trade near Seattle?

I really like that and don't have any. Have a number of interesting bamboos or other plants to trade.

Eric, maybe the 'Seattle area' kept others from replying, I don't know, are you trying to avoid shipping issues?

Thanks for your reply. Yes, shipping is a pain. It's no big deal. Bamboo flavor of the week for me. I seem to be addicted.

Once I saw that photo of the Chusquea with the sheaths removed I wanted that too.

I don't have a S. veitchii big enough to divide and 250 miles away might not be concidered near Seattle but if you go to BoxHill in Duvall you can see this.

I have a couple of nice divisions of sasa veitchi to trade if you're still interested. Let me know, I'm in Bay area norcal so shipping wouldn't be much.
