Looking for P. nigra in northern or central NJ

My first post, please let me know if I am breaking any rules here.

New to bamboo and looking for some(small amount to start in a pot) Phyllostachys Nigra, any variety that turns black easily, for this spring. Have nothing to trade but will pay or dig it up myself if you prefer.

JefferyDV mentioned he had some P. nigra punctata in a previous post. I was not allowed to email him. If your reading and still willing to sell a bit, New Milford is not far from me.

I am coming upon my first Spring with P. Nigra that I bought from the Bamboo Garden back in June. My new growth was only one tall and one small shoot this past year. It was planted in an oversized pot and is now sitting in my shed waiting to come out. While I would love to give you some, I need to see how I fair out this spring to see if my planting survived the winter. If you would like to check back with me in late spring, that would be fine. I would be more apt to wait until this coming fall/winter before I make any divisions.
