There seems to be some confusion about S cernua, I've tried to keep up with it but am currently confused, at one point it was my understanding that it is actually a seedling of S palmata; then I heard that it was flowering and dying off. I had some and it all died without flowering, it showed little to no vigor and fed voles a bit too much. Both it and the I victorialis - actually all 3 - you might be able to get from Jim Bonner in MS, but I don't know about a trade with him.
