OK, OK, how about a BLACK BAMBOO trade??

Post by electrum! »

Okay, Okay, looks like alot of us are cash-poor. I can dig that. So how about a trade? My 3 gallon, 1 year established, with 7' new true shoot (not whip shoot) Phyllostachys nigra for your...???

I don't have much room for any more mid-sized plants (which includes most Phyllostachys), but I could use the following smaller species/forms:

Indocalamus tessellatus
Pleioblastus auricomus (=Pl. viridistriatus)
Pseudosasa owatarii
Sasa kurilensis 'Shimofuri'
Sasa palmata, Sasa senanensis
Sasa veitchii
Shibataea kumasaca

I am also interested in the Arundinaria gigantea 'Macon' form.

Drop me a line at <electrum_io@yahoo.com> if interested in discussing swaps. Thanks, electrum!

I have a small division of Ps. owatarii available. This one seems to be slowly spreading and only about six inches tall max so far after 3 years.
