Looking for Seeds or Parvifolia

Just like it sounds - looking for US sourced seeds and divisions of Parvifolia. I had the USDA visit my property unannounced in search of seeds I got on eBay. Yikes!

Fargesia yunnanensis

What in the world is this? I saw it is also described under the Yushania genus sometimes, but its not on this site. Anyone have info on this species?

Re: Phyllostachys edulis

Sorry for the delay. I just got hired on for a job working with semen! Not what you think. Cattle genetics actually.

Anyways, those potted edulis look fantastic and I would leap at the chance to get some parvifolia. I will send a PM. Thanks everyone!

Phyllostachys edulis

Im looking for some edulis. Does anyone know if the seedlings are actually moso? A legitimate division from a grove would be betterm but I would go for a seedling too.

Variegated Arundinaria gigantea

I found some variegated arundinaria gigantea in that cleared grove nearby. I apologize for the quality, it was on a cell!

RE: Throwing caution to the wind

Its hard to verify the true identity of seedlings until they get big enough. They could be anything really. But your setup looks great!

RE: Winter Predictions

We still have not gone below 32 this year, and I noticed the wisteria blooming today. My canna and bananas are still green as are arundo donax and the B. bambos seedlings. I hope this winter ends up being the warmest in recent memory.
