You could hire a falconer / someone who does falconry. Or, a drone... To scare them away.

I got this (some sort of Phyllostachys I think) from a guy on Craigslist in Santa Cruz.
It is currently ~18- 20 ft tall and max diameter is 1 inch. Any ideas?
