Clump thinning

Thinned some clumps yesterday, here are two with big changes - cut out 1/3 of the D minor 'Amoenus' and now the branching is all higher exposing the clump.
This was taken in August These are after the thinning I really butchered the B fungosa, it was umbrella shaped and blocking 3 pathways, I essentially cut it down to last fall new shoots. Those are dark burgundy where sun exposed and green below, it will be interesting to watch the color change.
