This is a young bamboo and i lost the ID, the oral setae are impressive....thanks a lot

Thanks a lot!!! And they lost the oral setae and the size of the leaves when the grow older?

If your location is Bogota as in Columbia, the Moso seems unlikely unless you obtained mail order seed.

Later on, the leaves get smaller and smaller and the oral setae gets normal, not the showy kind like yours. That is how a juvenile Moso seedling looks like.
Brad, only Moso seedlings look this way. The extremely large leaves perish way to soon.

I'm leaving the door open for it being a Bambusa, Dendrocalamus, or Guada which all should be common in Columbia and Phyllostachys should not be common at all. But I'm not sure about oral setae with those genus.

The bamboo come from seeds... and at the end in Bogota at 2600 mts they will grow not Fantastic but OK...thanks for the collaboration
