Bamboo ID ?

Hello,
I've ordered seed from ebay sold to me as Dendrocalamus Giganteus. Plants are about one year old, can u confirm its dendrocalamus species ?

I'd say Phyllostachys pubescens. Do you have a photo of actual seeds you've got? Were they long and thin with pointy end and a grain inside?

Yes the seeds were long and thin with pointy tip :cry: . Ive ordered new dendrocalamus strictus seeds from different buyer, these are shorter and more roundish.

Well, there are fake seeds all over the internet. It's not hard to get scammed that way :)
