Unknown Bamboo ID

I have visited a previously abandoned garden that is now being taken care of again. It got completely overgrown , there are 3 different species of bamboo and quite a collection of various trees, bushes and plants. I'm trying to figure out what bamboo this is...
Bamboo seems to be an opened clumper, possibly runner. It forms running rhizomes, but it creates densly packed sets of culms around the area. Nodes seem to be fuzzy, culms are dark green with a brown-ish hue, they seem very dark olive green. Branches grow from nodes in large numbers, branches are short. Here are some photos...
And here's a view from the garden. They cleaned tgings up quite a bit already.
