Travling Bamboos

Post by bambootony »

Hello Bamboo Group,
I travel all over to many states and would be happy to stop and pick up any boo that was along my route. +- 50 mile for free.
I could meet some members and make some new friends.
I might even get a few new boos myself!!!!

well, if you ever make it to the west coast, give me a shout out. not that my juvenile collection is impressive, but I can show you around some of the 'wild' groves around here- Henon, vivax, japonica, Chusquea gigantea, P. nigra.... as well as some of the other boo addicts nearby.

Hello GHmerrill,
What part of the west coast are you in?
I go to Azusa-West Covina area 2 times a year.
I will be there around december 6th for a week.
If you or other members are close I would like to meet some west coast members.

Hello Jerry,
I was going to buy a parts tractor from that area but have not had the time to make the trip.

Im in Southern Oregon... pretty much the only ways to get here are rural highway 199, coming up off highway 101 from the northern california coast, or Interstate 5, coming in from northern california.
