Do you treat 'Shimofuri' as one of the plants that will get mowed each year? (Like Pl. viridistriatus) I've had one in a pot for a few years, but it doesn't do well coming inside the garage for the winter. I'm thinking of just getting it into the ground, then mow it in the spring.

I suspect so but it can get quite large, I have lost every one I've ever tried so never mowed that one.

Hey, Brad. I literally just ordered five one-gallon plants from Bamboo Garden yesterday. They're pretty inexpensive.
