rare' ish species

Soon I need to make a few divisions of a tall form of pleioblastus that I imported, maculatus is the species, hardy to zero ish F and should approach 20 feet in a 6b plus zone. Also Phy fimbriligula which sizes quickly and rebounded well after top kill, nice bamboo maybe the best I imported but time will tell. Another Phy, aurita which is slender but interesting and unique. All above have similar hardiness.

Normally I would make divisions too large for shipping but it seems like each will offer some shippable sizes and the local market does not need rare forms so I will consider shipping to warmer places. If interested PM me, I am thinking selling these but might consider trades though I'm not sure what of, prices will not be crazy high. I will dig and then baby for several weeks so it will be early fall or so US only please as foreign shipping too complicated!

Would love to see photos of each of these (the parent plants, not the divisions)!

Check my forum list for trades. Can anti up some bucks as well. All the plants you have sent are doing well.
My semis got hit hard by mites last year but have recovered. Talstar did in the evil doers. Appreciate the work you have done on this website. RGds

Fred, I'm probably done collecting bamboo but let me know which of these you are interested in and we'll figure it out.

I do however have multiples on prominens and shanghai III, but they are only in the 2-4ft range. I'm looking for indocalamus hamadae, rare fargesias, phyllostachys edulis okina, bamusoides Richard Haubrich, or anything unique and rare not already in my collection.
