UNUSUAL Bamboos for Zone 8a (Seattle, WA area)?

Post by JamesKelsey »

I was hoping a few of you could direct me towards a few unusual or rare bamboos that don't mind the climate of the Pacific Northwest (to include a few days a year of 15 degrees Fahrenheit.

I could also be in for a trade depending on what you have... Me, I have Black, Golden, Yellow Grove, Henon, and Chinese Walking Stick.... and one very small pot of "All Gold".

Thank you,

James

Have some Borinda fungosa, Thamnocalamus aristatus, and Borinda boliana. Might work for you but check it out with experts in your zone. If any work, pm me. Rgds
